What is Alma Villas?
Alma Villas — also listed as Alma Detached — are four detached single-storey villas on Calle La Haya in San Pedro del Pinatar, each on its own walled plot of 502 m² with a private pool. Every villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms; prices start at €809,950.
They are the only detached homes of the Alma family: Mediterranean houses with tiled roofs and arched porches, 141 to 161 m² built, with a garage, a laundry room, a storage room and a bathroom opening onto the garden. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have their own en-suite bathroom.
Building takes about twelve months from the purchase contract, paid in four equal stages.

Is Alma Villas the same as Alma Detached?
Alma Villas and Alma Detached are the same development: four detached villas on Calle La Haya in San Pedro del Pinatar. Both names are used for it: the price list and the brochure call it Alma Detached.

What taxes do I pay on top of the price?

How do the payments work?

Every Alma villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms — bedrooms 1 and 2 each have an en suite — plus a separate bathroom that opens onto the garden.
Can the garage become a fourth bedroom?
The brochure for Alma Villas presents the garage as an option for a fourth bedroom. The cost and the planning status of that conversion are being finalised; ask us before you reserve if you want it.

Each Alma villa has a private pool of 7.6 × 3.2 m, according to the price list, 0.90 m deep at one end and 1.60 m at the other, according to the plans.
Is air conditioning included?
Air conditioning at the Alma Villas is pre-installed, not fitted: the ducts are built in and the machine itself is an extra. Hot water comes from an aerothermal heat pump with a 110-litre tank, which is included.
