The block has two floors. On the ground floor, homes 0A and 0B each have about 61 m² built inside, with a front and a rear patio. Above them, penthouses 1A and 1B have the same size inside and a private roof solarium of 46 to 47.5 m² with a 7.70 m² plunge pool — the only private pools in the block.

Alma Bungalows 2 and Alma 2 Bungalows are the same development: four homes on Calle Tokio in San Pedro del Pinatar. Both names are used for it.

A buyer of a new home at Alma Bungalows 2 pays 10% VAT and 1.5% stamp duty (AJD), the Región de Murcia's rate for new homes since 25 July 2025. Notary and land-registry fees follow official scales; a lawyer is optional but recommended.
Alma Bungalows 2 is paid for in stages: €10,000 to reserve, 25% at the private purchase contract within 14 days, 25% three months later, and the remaining 50% on completion, when the keys are handed over at the notary.
The price list gives winter 2027 for completion of Alma Bungalows 2. It does not name the month; ask us and we will tell you the date on your contract before you sign.

Each home at Alma Bungalows 2 has 60.55 to 62.13 m² of built area and about 50 to 53 m² of usable floor inside. The penthouses add a roof solarium of 46.04 or 47.49 m² and a 7.70 m² plunge pool.
Alma Bungalows 2 includes off-road parking: the plans show an open parking bay of 12.50 m² for each of the four homes, beside the block.
Alma Bungalows 2 has no lift. The plans reserve space for one to be added later, but no lift is included in the price; the penthouses are reached by stairs.
The price list for Alma Bungalows 2 gives the orientation of all four homes as south. Each penthouse also has its own roof solarium with a plunge pool.
Air conditioning at Alma Bungalows 2 is pre-installed, not fitted: the ducts are built in and the machine itself is an extra. Hot water comes from an aerothermal heat pump with a 110-litre tank, which is included.
The kitchen at Alma Bungalows 2 comes with an oven, a hob, an extractor hood, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge and a washing machine, fitted with a 20 mm engineered-stone worktop.
